Where the Track Your Abstract facility is available, participants may use their assigned Abstract ID and other requested verification information to check their submission status.

Participants are responsible for keeping their Abstract ID and submission information secure.

The tracking facility is provided for conference-related purposes only. Users must not attempt to access or obtain another participant's submission information.

Conference Program

The conference program, scientific sessions, speakers, presentation schedules, and other activities may be modified when necessary.

The organizers reserve the right to:

  • Modify session timings.
  • Change speakers or presenters.
  • Modify presentation formats.
  • Add or remove sessions.
  • Change program arrangements.
  • Change the conference venue where reasonably necessary.
  • Make operational or organizational changes.

Speakers and Presenters

Accepted speakers and presenters are responsible for:
