Magnova Group is committed to bringing together researchers, academicians, industry professionals, innovators, policymakers, and subject-matter experts through international conferences, scientific forums, and professional events.

The Scientific Committee of Magnova Group warmly invites researchers and professionals to contribute original research, insights, case studies, and expertise to our upcoming conference programs.

Abstract Submission

Prospective speakers are invited to submit an abstract for consideration in the scientific program. Submissions may include original research findings, recent scientific or technological developments, industry innovations, case studies, review studies, emerging trends, and future perspectives.

Terms & Conditions

The submitted work should be original and relevant to the conference theme.

The abstract should not be submitted simultaneously to another event where such simultaneous consideration is prohibited.

The presenting author should have obtained the necessary approval from all co-authors, where applicable.

Oral Presentation

Selected speakers may present their research, expertise, or professional insights during a scheduled conference session.

Poster Presentation

Poster presenters may showcase their research or project through a concise visual presentation and engage with participants during the designated poster session.

Invited / Keynote Presentation

Distinguished researchers, industry experts, academic leaders, and professionals may be invited to deliver keynote or invited presentations based on their expertise and contribution to the conference theme.

The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts, presentation titles, author information, and presentation materials should be prepared in clear and professional English.

Speaker Confirmation

Following acceptance, the presenting author will receive confirmation from the Magnova Group Conference Team. Confirmed speakers should confirm participation, submit required speaker information and presentation materials, and notify the Conference Team as early as possible regarding any change in availability.

Who can submit an abstract?

Can I present work from my institution or company?

Yes. Institutional research, industry projects, case studies, innovations, and professional work may be considered where relevant to the conference scope.

Can multiple authors be included?

Yes. Multiple authors and affiliations may be included. One author should be identified as the presenting author.

Can I submit a review or case study?

Yes. Review studies, case studies, applied research, and emerging perspectives may be considered depending on the specific conference theme.

Is abstract acceptance guaranteed?

No. Submissions are subject to review by the relevant Scientific or Conference Committee. Acceptance depends on relevance, quality, originality, and program requirements.

Will I receive a certificate?

Confirmed speakers who successfully participate may receive a Speaker / Presenter Certificate, subject to the conference's participation requirements.

Can I submit more than one presentation?

Multiple submissions may be considered depending on the conference program and the discretion of the Scientific Committee.

What happens after my abstract is accepted?

The Conference Team will provide the relevant participation, presentation, scheduling, and submission information to the presenting author.
