Abstract Submission Requirements

Authors submitting an abstract to MICESD 2027 should ensure that their submission meets the following requirements.
1. Abstract Format·        
Abstracts must be written in English.·        

The recommended abstract length is 250–300 words.· The abstract should be clear, concise, and directly related to the conference theme or one of the listed scientific topics.·Abstracts should be submitted in Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF format, unless otherwise specified by the conference secretariat.

2. Required InformationEach submission should include:·

Author Full Name(s)·        
Institution / Organization·        
Department or Research Area·        
City and Country·        
Email Address of the Presenting Author·        
Contact Number (optional)·        
Preferred Presentation Type: Oral or Poster·        
Keywords: 3–5 relevant keywords

3. Abstract StructureAuthors are encouraged to organize their abstract using the following structure:Background / Introduction
Briefly introduce the topic and its relevance.Objective
Clearly state the purpose or research question.Methods / Approach
Describe the methodology, technology, analysis, or approach used.Results / Findings
Present the main findings, outcomes, or expected results.Conclusion
Summarize the key significance, implications, or contribution of the work.The structure may be adapted for theoretical studies, industry projects, technology presentations, case studies, or other relevant submissions.

4. Originality·        
Submitted abstracts must represent the author's original work.·        
Authors should not submit plagiarized or substantially copied material.·        
Any previously published or presented work should be clearly identified where applicable.·        
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for any copyrighted material included in their submission.

5. Multiple SubmissionsAuthors may submit more than one abstract, provided that each submission represents a distinct topic or contribution.Each abstract will be reviewed separately.

6. Review & AcceptanceAll submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the MICESD 2027 Scientific/Review Committee based on:·        
Relevance to the conference·        
Scientific or technical quality·        
Originality and innovation·        
Clarity of presentation·        
Significance and potential contributionAuthors will receive an acceptance decision through the email address provided during submission.

7. After AcceptanceAuthors whose abstracts are accepted are expected to:
1.      Complete conference registration within the specified deadline.
2.      Submit the required presentation materials, if requested.
3.      Prepare their presentation according to the assigned format and time limit.
4.      Attend and present during the scheduled conference session.

Important Note: Abstract acceptance and conference registration are separate processes. Acceptance of an abstract does not constitute registration for MICESD 2027.The conference organizers reserve the right to request revisions or additional information before final acceptance.
